According to sex therapists

There are peaks and valleys in every long-term relationship. If you and your partner are going through a dry spell—sex has become inconsistent, or no longer valued in the relationship—it may be time to get things back on track. How do other couples keep things hot in the bedroom? Here, we spoke with leading sex therapists to find out what they say are the top 10 habits of highly sexual couples.
1 They embrace imperfection.
Life isn’t perfect, and neither is sex. “Couples who have a lot of sex don’t look for the perfect situation, like being on vacation when your kids are not with you. In daily life, work stress, family stress, and home stress of all kinds come into play,” says Holly Richmond, Ph.D., a licensed sex therapist and marriage and family counselor. “Couples who have a lot of sex take advantage of less than perfect moments.”
2 They aren’t always sexually selfish.
While it’s easy to get lost in the desire to feel pleasure, sex is more likely to happen when both parties aren’t so selfish. “Highly sexual couples aren’t self-centered. It’s not all about one person or the other,” says Kristie Overstreet, Ph.D., clinical sexologist, psychotherapist, and founder of TherapyDepartment.com. “These couples listen to what each other needs especially when it comes to sex. They are in-tune with each other’s sexual arousal and they deliver.”
3 They’re comfortable in their skin.
Having more sex can come down to loving yourself, all of yourself, before making love to someone else. “Those who feel comfortable with their bodies don’t get hung up on how their bodies look, feel, or smell to one another,” says Overstreet. “They feel at ease with one another which allows them to take advantage of every opportunity to be sexual.”
ℜ The Boston Celtics’ plan to pay tribute to Isaiah Thomas and retire Paul Pierce’s jersey on the same night has devolved into more drama than anyone possibly could have been anticipated.
As the fallout continues, both principle figures involved in the situation on Wednesday took to social media to seemingly make cryptic observations on the continued melodrama.
A reasonable assumption is that perhaps Pierce was reacting to one of his ESPN colleagues, Jalen Rose, calling him “petty” over his complaining over having to share his big night with Thomas during “NBA Countdown.”
Interestingly, Thomas took to social media to react to the spectacle playing out on ESPN and liked Rose’s take on the situation as it involves Pierce’s behavior.
Shots fired, indeed.
For what it’s worth, Thomas earlier this week requested that the Celtics not air his tribute video on Pierce’s night.
The NBA: Where often enough there’s more drama off the court — and on social media — than there is on the hardwood.

LeBron James isn’t making any promises about his future.
The Cleveland Cavaliers icon, who can opt out of his contract following the season, declined to commit to his hometown squad beyond 2017-18 when asked by team owner Dan Gilbert this past summer, league sources told ESPN’s Jackie MacMullan.
At the time, the Cavs were exploring trades for Kyrie Irving after he requested to be moved so he could be a No. 1 option on another team rather than playing second fiddle to James. The point guard and his agent reportedly pressed Gilbert about James’ future in Cleveland.
Since then, Irving was dealt to the Boston Celtics and suggested the Cavs didn’t want him, which James said “makes absolutely no sense.”
James, 33, is averaging a career-best 9.2 assists in his 15th season to go along with 27.7 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.6 steals, and a block for the third-seeded Cavs, whom he’ll try to lead to a fourth straight Finals appearance.
The four-time MVP has maintained he’ll decide on his next career move at the conclusion of the campaign. The superstar – who’s owed $33.3 million this season and has a player option worth $35.6 million for 2018-19 – has been linked to multiple teams in rumors, including the Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets, and Philadelphia 76ers.
Cleveland is reportedly preparing for the worst, as the club is expected to hold onto the Brooklyn Nets’ 2018 first-round pick, which it acquired in the Irving deal, in case James bolts again.

The Music Bad Boy has piped out hit, after hit over the last few years. Chris Brown has unfortunately been MIA in the movie world. Now the Virginian Serenader will be making his cinematic revival with She Ball, co-starring Nick Cannon.
The upcoming film centers around a women’s basketball team brought together by Cannon’s character, Coach Avery Watt, in order to save the Inglewood Community Center, which he manages. “I’m very excited for this film. It’s something powerful for the culture, uplifting for the community, and the film’s main objective is to empower women! It’s going to be incredible,” says Cannon of the project.
This great news was turned sour by the public backlash over Chris Brown playing a role in women centric moxie after disfiguring his public image. Breezy’s past domestic abuse , has caused a stigma that is following him around. people are lashing out against Prince Breezy.
TMZ recently caught up with Nick at Los Angeles International Airport and asked him about the backlash. “Why would they hate on it?” he asks confused.
“What about Sean Penn? They hate on him?” he added, referring to the actor who faced domestic violence allegations for years. “There’s definitely a double standard. They want to turn a black man into a monster anytime they can.”
