Nothing like sweeeet black love!. LeBron James pulled another boss move over the weekend, shining a light on his beautiful black queen Savannah. The Lakers baller posted up a pair of photos of him and his wife on Instagram Friday…
The only reason why I can do what I do at the highest level both on and off the floor is my because my best friend got my back regardless the outcome! I’m just the car, she’s the engine! Appreciate you Wonder Woman aka Queen ! @mrs_savannahrj
Gotta love it. The couple have been together since their HIGH SCHOOL days back in Akron, OH and married since 2013. They’ve got three beautiful kids, sons LeBron James Jr., aka Bronny and Bryce Maximus James as well as the adorable Zhuri Nova James.
LeBron James has dealt with his struggling hair almost from the moment he got into the NBA in 2003. He’s tried everything to change the fact that his hair is disappearing before our eyes but nothing works. This past week has been particularly ugly as his hair seems like it’s falling off and falling apart as his games progress.
Last week he got caught on video trying to fix his hair mid-game with teammate Anthony Davis trying to get him to fix the disaster. It’s only gotten worse as they’ve played more games. We don’t get it. LeBron really can just let it all go. Just go bald. No one will judge. Come on to glory, Bron Bron.
LeBron James Says Houston Rockets GM Daryl Morey ‘Wasn’t Educated’ On Hong Kong Situation
The NBA, the players, and its executives have been in some hot water over these past couple weeks after Houston Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey tweeted supporting the protests in Hong Kong. Things we so bad, in fact, that the NBA decided to cut media access for the remainder of their time in China, since the players were getting so many questions on the matter.
This week, LeBron James–one of the league’s most prominent players–spoke to reporters about what happened following Morey’s statement while at Staples Center before a game between the Lakers and the Warriors.
“I don’t want to get into a feud with Daryl Morey but I believe he wasn’t educated on the situation at hand and he spoke,” the baller said. “So many people could have been harmed not only financially but physically, emotionally, spiritually. So, just be careful what we tweet and what we say and what we do, even though yes we do have freedom of speech but it can be a lot of negative that comes with that, too.”
When questioned about all of “the political noise,” LeBron said it “a very delicate situation, a very sensitive situation.” He continued on, saying,
“With this particular situation it was something not only was I not informed enough about… I just felt like it was something that not only myself and my teammates or our organization had enough information to even talk about it at that point in time and we still feel the same way.”

Later on, James took to his own Twitter page to “clear up the confusion” surrounding his comments, writing that he “does not believe there was any consideration for the consequences and ramifications of the tweet.”
Let me clear up the confusion. I do not believe there was any consideration for the consequences and ramifications of the tweet. I’m not discussing the substance. Others can talk About that.
My team and this league just went through a difficult week. I think people need to understand what a tweet or statement can do to others. And I believe nobody stopped and considered what would happen. Could have waited a week to send it.
Lebron James Trademark For “Taco Tuesday” Gets Rejected
What kind of crazy capitalism LeBron had in mind here, we’ll never know.
For the past few months, LeBron James has posted Instagram videos of his family every week before they indulge in a delicious Taco Tuesday. The videos have a recurring theme with Bron asking his family what day it is, making them all respond with “Taco Tuesday” in a cute, goofy way. Sometimes, they even have guests and other people visit for the occasion.
This simple family dinner has become an event every Tuesday that social media loves to tunes in for and these past few weeks, LeBron has even had custom t-shirts made for the occasion. Being the businessman he is and not wanting to leave a dollar on the table, it was revealed a few weeks back that James applied for a trademark over the phrase, “Taco Tuesday.”
Unsurprisingly, social media flamed him like there was no tomorrow. Taco Tuesday has obviously been a thing for decades and Bron really thought he was going to profit off of it. But only a few weeks later, the trademark office swiftly declined his application.
“The examining attorney found that phrase was a “commonplace message” and can’t be protected as a trademark.”
The USPTO has refused the TACO TUESDAY trademark application filed by Lebron James' company LBJ Trademarks, LLC.
The refusal, issued at 6:26 PM today, finds that TACO TUESDAY is a "commonplace message" and therefore fails to function as a trademark.#TacoTuesday
We’re sure everyone involved knew the chances of this trademark winning were slim, but why not try?
LeBron–being the entrepreneur he is–already has several of trademarks of his own. In the past, he even issued warnings over them to Alabama head coach Nick Saban, who wanted to do a talk show in a style similar to the shop but couldn’t pull his idea off due Bron’s trademark.

Master P expressed sadness over the death of 13-year-old Ki’ Anthony Tyus, who was killed in a car crash on December 22 in Louisville, KY. He’ll also pay for the late teen’s funeral.
According to the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD), Anthony was in a black Lexus SUV that was reported stolen before it struck a utility pole. His family said they have no clue why he was in the vehicle.
The rapper’s relationship with Anthony started two years ago when Anthony was struck by a stray bullet on the basketball court. He then worked with the No Limit founder, along with Christopher 2x, another young man who was shot, to promote the peace movement Hood 2 Hood.
In his Instagram post, P said that Anthony’s death should serve as at least two reminders: That death doesn’t practice age discrimination and even the smallest of decisions can have huge consequences.
“I know I’m not God and I can’t save the world,” he wrote on Instagram. “I realized a lot of these adults are not going to listen. The real reason I leave my mansion to keep coming back to the hood is to educate and try to save the next generation. Maybe a lot of us didn’t get what we wanted for Christmas, but we should be thankful we are alive.”
“My 13 year old lil’ soldier didn’t make it,” added P. “He got shot two years ago and got killed 2 days ago. We need to stop this Black on Black crime. R.I.P Ki’ Anthony Tyus. Just know that every decision comes with consequences and no one is too young to die. My prayers go out to his family. Could’ve been the next Lebron James.”
WDRB reports there were five others in the car during the chase, and Anthony was the only person killed. At this time, the LMPD has launched an investigation to determine if the police chase violated their pursuit policy.
The 2018 NBA draft is quickly approaching, so while we get ready for that, let’s take a look back at the best draft classes over the past 40 years.
10. 1997 NBA Draft
Craig Jones /Allsport
Tim Duncan and his five championships and two MVPs obviously makes this a strong draft right from the very first pick, but it also had Tracy McGrady and produced 28 total All-Star appearances, 27 All-NBA, and two MVP awards (both Duncan).
